After that, she completed an Oncologic Imaging Fellowship with a special interest in breast imaging at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. She is also a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s advisory committee on breast cancer. Likewise, she is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology.
Nicole currently serves on one of the executive and legislative committees of New Jersey’s Radiologist Society. In addition to that, she has been a part of the New Jersey Department of Health as an advisory committee. Nicole Saphier is married to an endovascular neurosurgeon, Paul Saphier. She met him first time while attending the same medical conference in Arizona. At that time, she was in medical school while Paul was in fellowship. Coincidentally, the two met at a bar and from there they developed a mutual feeling toward each other.
Her hubby, Dr. Paul is a member of the ANS cerebrovascular team who frequently makes appearances on Fox and other local radio programs. Nicole and Paul share two sons together. Nicole became pregnant with her first child, Nick, when she was 18. It is still not revealed who is the father of her first child. She chose to become a mother at a young age based on her emotion and a sense of responsibility.
Nicole still doesn’t regret becoming pregnant at an early age and is in fact very grateful that she made the right decision. Saphier stated that if she would have become pregnant decades prior she would have either been forced into unsafe abortion or she would have been kept in a hidden place.
