Marsau was born on the 17th of October, 1979 in Alabama, United States of America. He has not provided brief information on his early life. Marsau has an elder brother, Maurice Scott, who also appears on Love & Marriage: Huntsville. He is a graduate of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business.

Marsau started receiving fame after he was featured as one of the cast members on Oprah Winfrey Network’s reality show “Love & Marriage: Huntsville”. Since the start of the reality show, he felt into controversy after the other powerful couple Martell Holt made a cheating allegation on him. Martell revealed that he had a relationship with 20 women despite being married to his wife, LaTisha. On the other hand, Maurice kept on proving Martell false as he didn’t accept his allegations.
